FAQ
Questions shippers ask.
How fast can I get a quote?
Most quotes come back within the hour during business hours. Lanes we run every week are priced instantly in the quote form.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. Our licensed brokers clear freight in every country we serve, and can act as importer of record where needed.
Is there a minimum shipment size?
No. We move single pallets and parcels as well as full charters; consolidation keeps small shipments affordable.
How do I track my freight?
Every booking gets a tracking number that works on our Track page, in the customer portal and through our API.
Can you ship hazardous or temperature-sensitive goods?
Yes. Our teams are trained for all dangerous-goods classes and we run validated 2–8 °C and frozen cold chains.
