About Ferrum
Two trucks.One rule.
Founded in Long Beach in 1998. Today 3,800 people in 42 countries, still answering the phone on the second ring.
We started with two trucks and one rule, answer the phone. Twenty-seven years and 3,800 people later, the rule has not changed. Freight is never just freight. It is a launch, a production line, a shelf, a hospital ward. So we treat every consignment like it matters, because to someone, it is the only one.
Since 1998

How we work
Three promises we keep.
- 01
Pick up the phone
A named planner for every account, reachable by a real phone number, 24/7.
- 02
Quote what we invoice
All-in pricing up front. If the invoice differs from the quote, we explain every line.
- 03
Say it early
Bad news travels fastest here. You hear about a delay before your customer does, with a plan attached.

Sustainability
Net zero by 2040. Measured, not promised.
We publish the carbon footprint of every shipment on its invoice, calculated to the GLEC framework, and we move freight to rail and electric vans wherever the timeline allows.
